The Mourvedre block is head-pruned and is one of the oldest head
pruned Rhone Varietal vineyards in Amador County. The Rousanne and Syrah blocks
are on a vertical trellis with bilateral cordons. Irrigation is via
micro drip. The well is a very good producer and is located in the
vineyard. The pump is housed in a redwood pump shed.
The home features a stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, wood framed
windows, and a naturally cooled underground wine cellar. The home is completely
